Why are my nails out of stock?
Since we only have a limited stock of nails, it is very possible that a style you order may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will gladly let you choose another set of equal value. If you would like a nail that is less expensive, we will refund the difference to you. If you wish to cancel your order we will give you a full refund.

Why was my PayPal account charged even though the nails haven't been shipped?
When you place an order on our website and pay with PayPal, the payment is instant. You are sending the money to us. We cannot charge your account and we do not have access to any of your account information. Once we receive your instant payment we start processing your order.

How long does domestic delivery take?
Our nails are usually shipped within 3-5 business days and take about 3-5 days for delivery within the US (sometimes longer depending on the local post offices).

Can you custom make me a set of nails based on a picture?
We can only take custom orders for styles we have already produced, or based on pictures of nails from magazines or online. Please contact us and link us to a reference picture and we will get back to you with an answer as soon as we can. You can find images of our previous nails at our facebook page. The minimum custom order is 2 sets of nails with a $5 fee per set. If you order 3 sets the fee is $4 per set, and if you order 4 sets the fee is $3 per set. (Each set may be a different style)

Nails will be delivered 2-3 weeks after we receive payment.

Can I order an out of stock set?
Yes, we treat out of stock orders as custom orders. If you would like to customize a set of Yukiumi nails please contact us. The minimum custom order is 2 sets of nails with a $5 fee per set. If you order 3 sets the fee is $4 per set, and if you order 4 sets the fee is $3 per set. (Each set may be a different style)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Our default shipping method is USPS First Class International. This method does not come with tracking and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend that you upgrade to Priority or Express. To add Priority or Express shipping to your order, simply add it to your cart before checking out.

How long does international delivery take?
If you do not choose an expedited shipping option, delivery usually takes about 10-30 days but can take longer depending on the country. We highly recommend upgrading to Priority or Express shipping if you need the nails by a certain date.

How do I put on the nails?
To have the fake nails on for a longer time, simply use a nail file and file the surface of your nails. Once your nail surface becomes rigged, apply glue either on your entire finger nail or on half full of the fake nails. Press the fake nails to your actual nails, hold for about 30 seconds and release. If you wish to have the fake nails on for a short amount of time (generally about 1 week or so), you do not need to file your nails. Simply apply glue. For temporary wear (for an event or a night out), you may use professional nail double sided tapes. You may wish to apply a layer of top coat over your fake nails once you have finished the gluing process. Top coat will not only protect your fake nails but also gives a shine to them.

How do I remove the nails?
To remove the fake nails, simply soak your nails in warm water for about 30 minutes. You can peel off the nails from two areas- the cuticle and the top part. Make sure you check for loose bondings before removing any nails. Once you have found a loose connection, start from that area and continue remove the nails by soaking in warm water. Use tweezers to help enlarge the loose bondings is a suggestion. Note: If you have filed your nails before applying glue, it will be hard to remove the fake nails in the first 2 weeks. Nail bonding usually becomes loose when your nails start to grow, and generally after 2 weeks.

What size nails do you have? What are the measurements?
Our nails come in three width sizes (small and medium) and two length sizes (regular and long). Measurments are listed in cm below:

Extra Small 1.45, 1.15, 1.25, 1.15, 0.95
Small: 1.55,1.25,1.40,1.25,1.05
Medium: 1.65,1.35,1.45,1.35,1.05

Regular: 2.0, 1.8,1.8,1.8,1.6
Long: 2.7, 2.4, 2.5, 2.4, 2.1

How do I know what size I wear?
You can measure your nails in three ways- with a soft ruler, a string & ruler or clear tips. If you have a soft ruler, you can hold one end of the ruler at one side of the nail. Measure across your fingernails and read off the measurements. If you have do not have a soft ruler, simply repeat the steps above but use a string. Tie a knot to one end and measure across your fingernails. Measure the string with a regular ruler.

Extra side note:
Japanese 3D nails are hand made accessories, gems on the nails may fall off while wearing the nails. The problem is not with the nails or the quality of our hand made nails- no nail artists can promise or guarantee their glued on gems won't fall off. We've used the best quality nail glue to ensure long lasting bonding between the gems and our nail tips. To better protect the gems, we strongly suggest to apply top coat over nail tips few times a week.
Nail are reusable, the amount of usage depends on the average length of wear, the environment and surrounding and most importantly how you protect your nails. Usually you may use the nails up to 5 times when you take good care of them.
Always check your nails after labor, shower or any other activities that may result in loose bonding. For security purposes, we advise to check your nails every few days by adjusting your fake nails to see if there are any loose connections. If so, remove the nails and re-glue them on.
Make sure the sides are well glued on. When peeling off, only exert enough force, if nails won't come off, keep on soaking in water.
Do not use acetone, it will not only damage the fake nails, but also your actual nails.
